The Double or more Life of the Fake Heiress (Mirabella)

Chapter 1643

Dylan clicked his tongue softly, "You're really heartless."

"I can be even more heartless if you want," Mirabella replied, her fingers flicking through the air, her voice as light as a breeze.

Dylan coughed, immediately backing down, "Alright, I'll pay you."

"Oh, I happen to be free tonight, so I suppose I could help you with some tech issues," Mirabella said, glancing at her watch.

Dylan: "."

Typical genius boss behavior.

Half an hour later, his flashy sports car rolled up to the DO Group's tech park.

At the entrance, high-tech gadgets scanned Dylan's car, automatically letting them through.

After parking, Dylan led Mirabella into the headquarters, explaining as they walked, "This is your first visit here, right? There are a lot of security protocols, so just stick close to me."

Mirabella took in the ultra-modern lobby, feeling as if she'd stepped into a sci-fi movie. Everywhere she looked, there were high-tech gadgets, and her gaze paused on a display robot for a couple of seconds.

Seeing her interest, Dylan said, "That's the first-generation robot developed by DO Group. The system's been updated for ages, so this one's just for show."

"Oh," Mirabella replied, shifting her gaze. She knew it was the first-gen robot, but she was curious about why its color had changed since she last saw it. She kept that thought to herself, though.

"I'll take you to the second-floor exhibit," Dylan suggested, pointing to the spiral staircase and leading the way.

Mirabella nodded and followed him upstairs.

The second-floor exhibit was even more futuristic, with walls made of crystal-like screens showing multidimensional scenes, looking both sophisticated and impressive.

Mirabella took it all in, a hint of surprise in her eyes. "You've really upped your software game over the past couple of years."

Such technology was cutting-edge for this era.

Dylan chuckled, his gaze sweeping over Mirabella's youthful face. "I owe it to the inspiration you gave me a few years back. Without it, we wouldn't have achieved these

results." noveldrama

A few years ago, she was just a kid, yet her understanding of software systems

was mind-blowing, like she was a prodigy from another time.

Mirabella raised an eyebrow, "You've got plenty of talent yourself."

Dylan shook his head and moved to a sleek black laptop in the center of the exhibit, pressing the power button. "Let me show you a security program."

The laptop booted up instantly, and he typed a few keys, pulling up the command program interface.

Mirabella glanced at it, her brow furrowing slightly, "This isn't your design, is it?"

Dylan wasn't sure how Mirabella

instantly knew the program wasn't his, but he replied evenly, "This is from a new project we took on. The client wants us to enhance the security features of this existing program."

Mirabella stepped closer, her fingers gliding over the touchpad. After a moment, she withdrew her hand, stating calmly, "This security program is nearly perfect. There's barely any room for improvement."

Dylan looked at Mirabella, "You think so too?"

"Yes," Mirabella pondered for a moment before asking, "Has your company already taken on this project?"
